2. Class Participation & Assumption of Risk

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a physical activity that involves inherent risks of injury. By enrolling, observing, or participating in classes, you acknowledge these risks and release Team Domingos, its instructors, employees, and partners from any liability, claims, or damages arising from injuries sustained during training—whether in our facility or at affiliated events.

We strongly recommend consulting a physician before beginning training.

3. Parental Consent

For students under 18, participation requires consent from a parent or legal guardian. Parents are expected to:

• Provide accurate emergency and contact information.
• Monitor their child's health and fitness for participation.
• Use the community portal respectfully for communication.

4. Membership, Payments & Refunds

All membership fees, merchandise purchases, and event registrations are final. Refunds are only issued in the following circumstances:

• Billing errors confirmed by staff.
• Medical withdrawals approved by Team Domingos.
• Cancellation of services by Team Domingos.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing and contact information.

5. Account Access & Invitations

Account creation is available only through invitation by Team Domingos. If you receive an invite link, it is intended for your use only. Sharing access or creating accounts without a valid invitation is prohibited.

All students, parents, and guardians with accounts are expected to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.

6. Community Code of Conduct

The private community portal exists to foster a respectful, supportive environment. By using it, you agree to:

• Communicate respectfully with instructors, students, and families.
• Not post harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
• Use the calendar and forum features responsibly.

We reserve the right to revoke access for any violations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including logos, training videos, text, artwork, and branding—is the property of Team Domingos. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute our content without written permission.

8. Store Terms

Our online store is hosted through a third-party provider. By purchasing from the store, you agree to:

• Provide accurate billing/shipping information.
• Acknowledge that colors and sizes may vary slightly from images.
• Accept that product availability is subject to change without notice.

All sales are subject to our return policy, which is posted on the Site.
